TRANSLATION :
The results of the competition « Kreativwettbewerb » were proclaimed this day, October 30th. Tobias was present and has handed to every winner a glass cup and a big certificate.
Every prize-winner has also received a laptop.

MY OPINION :

Ceci prouve que Tobias est un homme responsable, citoyen de son époque, très impliqué dans son Tyrol natal, et qui va jusqu'au bout de ses engagements.

This proves that Tobias is a responsible man, a citizen of his time, deeply involved in his native Tirol, and who goes to the end of his commitments.
